When you work with Galaxy Research, you will work with a client services
representative with strong research and project management skills. As
your primary contact, this person will work with you to understand your
business needs.
Through building a relationship, we can develop an understanding of how
and when you use our information. This not only improves the quality of
our research, it allows us to customise our outputs to ensure our information
can be easily integrated into your business processes.
However, your client services representative has a solid support network.
At Galaxy Research, we work as a team. Many clients are surprised at how
many staff get involved in their projects behind the scenes – ranging
from boardroom discussions on the appropriate theoretical framework to
analysing survey responses line by line.
Jerry Berowne - Principal
Jerry
has in excess of 20 years practical experience and is a specialist qualitative
researcher with extensive experience in marketing management, research
and communications - both in Australia and the UK. He has helped build
brands for Mars, Guinness, Procter & Gamble, Alberto Culver, 3M, Sanitarium,
Goodman Fielder, Arnott's, Toyota, and NRMA. Jerry has a particular interest
in advertising campaign evaluation, and has authored three winning cases
in the AFA's Advertising Effectiveness Awards.
David Briggs - Principal
David
has over 20 years quantitative research experience including time spent
at Roy Morgan Research, Gallup and Newspoll. Over the years he has managed
a broad range of projects, including concept tests, product placement,
early brand evaluation, brand equity, customer satisfaction, habits &
practices and omnibus. He also understands the requirements for research
to support legal submissions having acted as an expert witness on several
occasions, and in the specialised field of public opinion polls.
Peter Matthew - Research Director
Peter
has 12 years market research experience plus 10 years strategic planning
and consumer insight roles in agencies.
He brings a wealth of media, brand and consumer experience. Including;
media, health insurance, FMCG, RTE Cereals, confectionery, liquor, motor
vehicles, gaming and others.
Chris
Lonergan QPMR - Research Director
A
researcher with sound business knowledge, Chris ensures research outputs
are actionable, insightful and relevant to the problem at hand. Chris
has fourteen years of research experience across a range of quantitative
and qualitative methodologies.
Paul
Benitez – Senior Analyst
Paul
has over eight years of experience
in research having worked at the Bureau of Crime Statistics & Research
(BOSCAR), The Supreme Court of NSW, IRIS Research, Stockland and Research
International.
His experience spans many government and corporate clients using both
qualitative and quantitative methods. His passion
and expertise now lies in online research.
